An excellent opportunity for an experienced Care Manager has arisen within a well-presented residential care home situated close to Darlington, Durham.
My client is a highly regarded care home provider that has a number of services throughout the North of England. Their home in Durham provides residential care and support to older people with dementia and general care needs.
We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Care Manager who has previous experience managing a care home and has a good working knowledge of the Care Quality Commission to take the lead of the home. Dedication and commitment to the role of Home Manager is essential along with a proactive approach to the overall aspects of the business. Completion of the Registered Managers Award or equivalent will be highly advantageous.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Care Home Manager who enjoys a challenge and making a noticeable difference within a care home environment. A very competitive salary of £28k will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits including private healthcare and pension.
