Care Home Manager, Newton Aycliffe, North East, £28k
In Touch Recruitment is searching for a strong Care Home Manager to oversee the operational management of a large care home situated in Newton Aycliffe, North East.
This lovely care home in Newton Aycliffe, North East, provides quality residential care and support to older people with general and dementia care needs. Due to the size of the service we are looking for a strong care home manager who has experience managing medium to large sized residential homes to take the lead and really push this home forward.
We are looking for an individual who has a proven background in elderly care management and has experience working as a Registered Manager with the Care Quality Commission. Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead by example are essential for this role along with strong business acumen to fulfil both the care and business needs within the home.
A competitive salary of £28k will be offered to the successful candidate along with additional benefits and opportunities.
