2002 BMW K1200 RS For Sale is my BMW K1200rs. The bike was ex northumbria police as you can tell by the rear boot on the bike so it was serviced regularly as the police had to jump and go when called. I have replace some parts on the bike and give it a full service using genuine parts (not the cheap stuff). The bike itself runs smooth with no problems and starts on the button. It is fitted with ABS and stops excellent much better than my old st1100. The bike also has heated grips fitted but they dont seem to work. I have fitted a new rear tyre about 500 miles ago and the front still has good tread depth. The exhaust is stainless and has a very long life left in it. I recently purchased a dual seat which will be sold with the bike, but to fit it you will need to purchase a locking mechanism (£10.00 from Motor works). The bike has a single sided swingarm which makes the bike look good even without the Panniers.
